Ally offers private practice peer mentoring and consulting for psychologists and other allied health professionals who are establishing or transitioning into private practice. Ally draws on her experience as a sole trader and Director of Congruence Psychology, and founder of Homebase Therapy Collective to provide practical insights, strategies, and tailored support.
Making the leap from group practice, government, academic, non-profit, or NGO sectors to private practice can feel like a big shift, both professionally and personally. Ally's consulting service is designed to help psychologists and other allied health professionals navigate this transition smoothly and confidently. Whether clients are seeking more flexibility, independence, confidence, or the opportunity to build their own practice in their own unique vision, Ally provides tailored guidance to support every step of the process. It is designed to navigate the operational aspects of private practice, and build a sustainable, fulfilling, and values congruent business.

This service is suited to early-career psychologists, those moving from group practice to solo work, and established practitioners seeking guidance in refining their practice management from a range of sectors.
Format: Sessions are available via Telehealth or in-person (Paddington, Brisbane) and can be booked as a one-off consultation or as ongoing mentoring sessions tailored to individual needs.
Duration and Fees: $240+GST per 60 minutes. Tailored packages including resources, ongoing mentoring or longer sessions offered upon request.
